Egg White Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:

        •       Egg whites from 4-6 eggs (depending on size)
        •       1 small onion, thinly sliced
        •       1 small bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
        •       1/2 cup pizza sauce
        •       1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
        •       Olive oil
        •       Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

        1.      Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
        2.      Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
        3.      Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until they are softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
        4.      Once the onions and peppers are cooked, spread them evenly across the bottom of the skillet.
        5.      Pour the egg whites over the onions and peppers, ensuring they cover the entire surface of the skillet.
        6.      Cook the egg whites over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to set around the edges.
        7.      Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the partially cooked egg whites, leaving a small border around the edge.
        8.      Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
        9.      Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the egg whites are fully cooked through.
        10.     Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
        11.     Slice the egg white pizza into wedges and serve hot.

Enjoy your tasty and healthy one-pan egg white pizza!
