Pizza Pop Tarts
Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry dough (thawed)
 - ½ cup pizza sauce
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 20-24 pepperoni slices
 - 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into rectangles, roughly 4×6 inches each. You should get about 8 rectangles, depending on the size of your dough.

 - Assemble the Pop Tarts:
- Place half of the rectangles on the prepared baking sheet. These will be the bottoms of your pop tarts.
 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each bottom rectangle, spreading it out slightly but leaving a border around the edges.
 - Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
 - Place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.

 - Seal the Pop Tarts:
- Lay the remaining rectangles of dough over the top of the filled ones.
 - Press the edges together with your fingers, then use a fork to crimp the edges and seal the pop tarts.
 - Brush the tops of the pop tarts with the beaten egg wash to help them turn golden and flaky as they bake.

 - Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pop tarts are golden brown and puffed up.

 - Serve:
- Allow the pizza pop tarts to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm as a fun snack or a quick meal!
